How we do it
Waste Collection
We collect organic waste from slaughterhouses, chicken coops, urban markets, and food processing facilities in Nairobi and surrounding regions.
Waste Processing
Non-organic waste is removed from the rest which undergoes drying, grinding, and mixing with essential nutrients to produce high-quality chicken and fish feeds.
Quality Control
Feeds are tested for nutrient content, safety, and quality to meet regulatory standards and farmer expectations
Distribution
Feeds are packaged and distributed through Big Kuku’s licensed outlets and partner networks, ensuring accessibility for farmers.
